Your Genesis Nomad Roadmap

If you’re new here, welcome. I’m Dave Allan, creator of Genesis Nomad and MemeQuake.

This page is your map. By the time you’re done reading, you’ll know:

  • Whether you can do it solo or want my help 1:1
  • Where you are right now
  • What you should focus on next

No fluff. Let’s get you oriented.

Keep your letter (A, B, or C) in mind. You’ll use it in the sections below.

The Genesis Nomad Approach (in 3 Words)

Brand → System → Freedom

mobile
brand

Who you are, who you serve, what you stand for

mobile
System

Content, offers, funnels, trust

mobile
Freedom

Location, time, creative control

You don’t need a hundred tactics.
You need these three working together.

Path A – Starting from Zero (No Brand Yet)

If you picked A, this is you.

3. Path A – Starting from Zero

Step 1 – Choose People & Problem

Don’t overcomplicate this. Answer three questions on a page or note:

  • Who do I understand the best? (Beginners? Freelancers? Small biz owners? Creators?)
  • What problems do they complain about constantly?
  • Which of those problems could I help with, even at a basic level?

You don’t need the “perfect niche.”
You just need one group of people and one problem to start with.

Step 2 – Decide How You Want to Show Up

You’re building a brand, not just a random account.

Ask yourself:

  • Do I want to be a personal brand (my name/face) or a concept brand (like “Genesis Nomad” / “DaveAllanPro”)?
  • Where do I want to start showing up first?
  • X (Twitter) is usually the best starting point.

Action:

  • Claim / clean up your main X profile.
  • Make your bio say who you help + how in one line.

Step 3 – Draft a Simple Offer (Even If You Don’t Sell It Yet)

This is not final. It’s just a starting point.

Template you can use:

I help [type of person] get [result] without [pain they hate].

Example:

  • I help beginners start their first online brand and income system without wasting months on random side hustles.
  • That sentence will guide your content and future offers.

Step 4 – Decide if You Want Help

You can try to figure all this out alone, or you can get help.

If you want to do it solo for now:

  • Follow me on X → @genesisnomadpro
  • Use this page as your checklist

If you want someone in your corner:

Apply for Coaching

  • Tell me where you’re at
  • We’ll see if it’s a fit to work together on your brand foundations

Path B – You Have a Brand, But It’s Messy / Stuck

If you picked B, this is you.

Step 1 – Strip It Back to One Sentence

Write this on a blank page:

Right now, my brand is about: [fill in one clear sentence]

If you can’t, that’s your first problem.

We’ll fix it by answering:

  • Who do you actually want to help now?
  • What are they stuck with that you can help fix?
  • What part of your current brand still fits, and what needs to go?

You don’t need the “perfect niche.”
You just need one group of people and one problem to start with.

Step 2 – Pick One Main Offer (or Path to Money)

Most “stuck” brands are stuck because they’re trying to do too many things.

For the next 90 days, choose one of:

  • One main service (e.g. coaching/consulting, done-for-you work)
  • One main affiliate path (e.g. promoting a specific system/tool as your main recommendation)

Everything else you create should help people move toward that one thing.

Step 3 – Create a Simple Weekly System

A basic weekly system could look like:

3–5 posts on X that:

  • Speak to your audience’s problems
  • Share insights, stories, or quick tips

1 call-to-action per day that invites people to:

  • DM you
  • Apply for coaching
  • Check out your main affiliate offer

You’re not trying to be everywhere. You’re trying to be consistent and clear in one main place.

Step 4 – Get Outside Eyes (Optional but Powerful)

When you’re in your own brand, it’s hard to see what’s confusing.

That’s where I come in.

If you want help:

  • We’ll look at your existing brand, offers, and content
  • Keep what’s working
  • Strip away the noise
  • Build a simple plan you can actually execute

Apply for Coaching

if you want that level of help.

Path C – You Have Income, Now You Want Freedom / Next Level

If you picked C, this is you.

  • You’re not starting from scratch. You’re asking bigger questions:
  • “How do I make this less fragile?”
  • “How do I get more time back?”
  • “How do I level up (maybe into Web3, like Dave)?”

You’re not starting from scratch. You’re asking bigger questions:

Step 1 – Identify the Bottleneck

For you, it’s not “how do I make my first $ online?”
It’s usually:

  • Traffic is inconsistent
  • Everything depends on you
  • Income goes up and down with your energy

Write down:

The #1 thing that makes my income feel fragile right now is: [fill in]

Step 2 – Decide Your Next Lever

Usually it’s one of these:

  • Systemizing (turn your chaos into repeatable workflows)
  • Delegating (start handing off low-leverage tasks)
  • Positioning up (shifting offers/pricing to match your current level)
  • Exploring new layers (like Web3 experiments through MemeQuake)

Step 3 – Explore MemeQuake (If You Want the Web3 Angle)

If you’re curious how I’m playing at the next level with Web3, memes, and AI:

  • Go to MemeQuake.com

That’s where I experiment in public with more advanced stuff.
If we work together 1:1 and it makes sense, we can talk about how Web3 fits into your ecosystem.
